Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Road Rally appisode for iPad on the iTunes App Store.

Disney has just rolled out this “appisode” of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Road Rally which is coincidentally the only episode of the show that M likes because it features cars and racing. This is the first in a series of planned appisodes from Disney. This app has more than 20 interactive features to explore and play throughout this episode. This is a very interesting and innovative take bringing interactivity to a television show.┬áThis is currently being offered for free download as part of their roll-out. I suspect that these apps will likely be priced in the $2.99 to $4.99 range in the future.

Recommended for ages 3 to 6.

Go There Square: A Stella and Sam Adventure for iPad on the iTunes App Store.

Another great e-book Stella and Sam iPad app gone free. This is another wonderful addition to this fantastic book app series. This is my previous review slightly edited about Stella and Sam.

Stella and Sam Adventures are a series of best-selling picture books and television written and created by Marie-Louise Gay. This series airs on Disney Junior in Canada which is why you may not be familiar with the books or the series. This is the 4th offering in a series of innovative e-books (Backyard at Twilight, In the Snow and Rainy Days). This app comes to you from Tickle Tap, an award-winning developer, and is being offered for free download for a limited time. Normally, this app is $2.99. The app is designed to support both English and French languages.

This is a cute and engaging storybook app which is more a blend of a book and game app. This is a high quality storybook app with beautiful animated watercolor illustrations and is professionally voiced. I like how the app allows to you go directly to a specific point in the book without having to swipe through every singe page to get to where you want to go. There are three mini games that allow your child to interact with the story.

Highly recommended for 2 to 5. Grab this while it is free!
