PipeRoll HD for iPad on the iTunes App Store.

PipeRoll apps are a series of engrossing puzzle game apps from Navigation-Info Kft. They are offering the HD version of PipeRoll for iPad for free download for a limited time. This version is normally $1.99. Other versions of the PipeRoll apps  are available, the iPhone ones are $0.99 and the iPad ones are $1.99. Be sure you check to make sure that your OS of your iDevice is supported since these apps are not universal.

The goal of the game is to create a closed system of pipes to get water (or other liquid) from the source (storage facilities/tanks) to the destination (homes and buildings). You have a bunch of pipe sections that can be rotated/flipped to create continuous flow. This game starts off easy enough for my son (3.5) to enjoy and solve on his own, but it progresses in difficulty with 100 levels of play. If you are a fan of puzzle apps, this one is pretty fun entry. I think of this as a non-kid version of Where’s My Water in some ways. This is a really great app for building logic, problem-solving, and cause and effect skills.

Recommended for age 5 and up. Younger children who have an aptitude for puzzles will enjoy the challenge of this game.
