I have a number of friends who have children whose life challenge is autism. Why do I phrase it that way? I phrase it that way because I see them as children first and not as their diagnosis so I purposefully am choosing not to “label” them.
I have heard so many people talk about how wonderful the iPad has been in working with the learning challenges that face their children or the children they work with as learning specialists. I wanted to give a shout out for this app that really just a simple list app that helps point you towards the best apps out there for autism. I like how they group the apps by topic. Versions available for iPad and iPhone.
With at least 1% of children in the US diagnosed with autism, I am sure that you know at least one child and their family facing these unique learning challenges and may find this app helpful.
